• Design, document, and develop products that achieve profit margins above corporate thresholds within acceptable time frames
• Define the vision, strategy, and product roadmap for assigned product areas
• Identify key business processes and opportunities in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Manage product launches, including developing go-to-market strategies and ensuring successful product adoption
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to derive insights that inform product development

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience
• Knowledge of financial lending products, services, policies, and procedures, with prior experience in mortgage strongly preferred
• Strong analytical thinking abilities to solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts and achieve alignment on projects

• Experience in the real estate or financial services industry
• Familiarity with risk management and compliance requirements in product development
• Proven track record of successful product launches and market strategy execution
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and prioritize user and business needs
