What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Ensure rate parity across all online distribution channels and manage promotional offers
  • Conduct pace and pickup analysis to monitor demand trends and booking behavior
  • Maintain databases and reporting tools for internal use, developing automated performance reports
  • Manage room inventory and pricing recommendations from automated revenue management systems
  • Monitor market trends and provide strategic pricing recommendations based on market conditions
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Strong interest in hotel revenue management and commercial strategy
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency with Excel and general Microsoft Office tools; experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus
  • Familiarity with hotel systems such as PMS, CRS, RMS (Opera, OnQ, Synxis, etc.) is a strong asset
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Previous experience in hotel revenue management or a related field
  • Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
