- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets in select OEM markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key OEM customers and stakeholders
- Lead contract negotiations and manage complex, multi-million-dollar agreements
- Monitor market trends and collaborate with product management and engineering teams to deliver customized solutions
- Mentor a team of Key Account Managers, setting performance goals and fostering a high-performance culture
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline (Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field)
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in B2B sales leadership within the industrial equipment sector
- Proven track record in driving strategic growth and executing long-term OEM sales strategies
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and negotiating multi-million-dollar contracts
- Strong understanding of pricing strategies, P&L management, and forecasting
- MBA preferred for advanced business and strategic management expertise
- Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (JD Edwards) and data-driven decision-making
- Strong capability to identify new OEM opportunities and analyze market trends
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining large, complex OEM relationships across global markets
