What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets in select OEM markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key OEM customers and stakeholders
  • Lead contract negotiations and manage complex, multi-million-dollar agreements
  • Monitor market trends and collaborate with product management and engineering teams to deliver customized solutions
  • Mentor a team of Key Account Managers, setting performance goals and fostering a high-performance culture
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline (Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field)
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in B2B sales leadership within the industrial equipment sector
  • Proven track record in driving strategic growth and executing long-term OEM sales strategies
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and negotiating multi-million-dollar contracts
  • Strong understanding of pricing strategies, P&L management, and forecasting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • MBA preferred for advanced business and strategic management expertise
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (JD Edwards) and data-driven decision-making
  • Strong capability to identify new OEM opportunities and analyze market trends
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining large, complex OEM relationships across global markets
