Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth for Advance Flow Solutions
  • Build and maintain relationships with end users, specifically fire departments, to secure sales
  • Conduct sales activities while meeting administrative responsibilities to exceed sales targets
  • Manage account and pipeline opportunities using Salesforce CRM
  • Collaborate across departments to align strategies and achieve common goals
Qualifications
  • 4-year degree in business, marketing, engineering, or fire services preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring high-performing teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
