- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to maintain well-structured documentation
- Experience in the insurance industry with a focus on product management
- Familiarity with regulatory changes impacting the insurance landscape
- Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations
- Experience in market analysis and customer needs assessment
