• Define and own the long‑term vision and strategy for upper funnel ads products and brand safety
• Gather insights from advertisers, users, and sales to create innovative brand ads products
• Champion the employer’s brand ads and safety products, driving excitement within the organization
• Build and execute the product roadmap, balancing short‑term wins with long‑term innovation
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth product development and alignment

• 4+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years within Ad Tech
• Experience testing and developing innovative brand ads ideas
• Proven track record of developing product strategy with quantifiable business impact
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Technical degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, economics, or a related field

• 0–1 years of growth experience
• Proven experience working on large initiatives across teams
• 6+ years of product management experience in a technology company
