• Own product development from conception to launch, strategically expanding core product offerings
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and other teams to develop and steer product roadmap
• Define and analyze metrics to guide product development and measure success
• Align teams on a shared vision and drive execution towards that vision
• Communicate plans and progress internally to stakeholders and externally to clients regarding product benefits and functionality

• 8+ years of product management experience
• Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills
• Deep analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated leadership with the ability to guide product strategy and create alignment with senior engineers and cross-functional partners
• Strong understanding of building to "institutional grade" with a focus on reliability, scale, and risk mitigation

• Experience building for large institutions, such as corporates, asset managers, hedge funds, market makers, and VCs
• Familiarity with a range of financial services products, including trading, financing, payments, and custody
• Deep expertise in financial services products and relevant industry experience in core financial primitives
