• Serve as the central nervous system for the team, developing and managing a system for monitoring action items and commitments
• Proactively follow up with team members and stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are on track
• Partner with marketing and leadership teams to project-manage high-stakes initiatives, including product launches and campaigns
• Own the agenda and execution for key leadership meetings, ensuring clear objectives and documented decisions
• Lead critical, cross-functional initiatives from conception to completion, synthesizing complex information into actionable insights

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field
• 7+ years of proven experience in a project or program management role
• Excellent organizational, project, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Proven track record of using metrics to measure outcomes and drive improvements
• Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) and methodologies

• Exceptional organizational skills with a proven system for managing complex projects
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust and rapport across all levels of the organization
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize information quickly
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset focused on continuous improvement and operational scalability
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth software environment
