- Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to enhance the Umo Pass solution
- Four‑year college degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, product management, or related role
- Passion for improving customer experience and addressing customer journeys
- Advanced skills in prioritizing and managing unexpected challenges
- Proven ability to use data and knowledge to evolve product strategy
- Diverse experience in product management, project management, vendor management, user experience, or customer support
- Direct experience with Software‑As‑A‑Service business models
- Success in driving strategy using behavioral analytics tools and customer engagement platforms
- SAFe, Scrum, or other Agile practice certifications
