• Support the Deal Desk manager with daily operations for the West Coast Mid-Enterprise teams
• Translate customer feedback into actionable plans
• Host Daily Deal Desk Office Hours for sales teams
• Track and communicate red deals to leadership
• Collaborate with various departments on process changes and training plans

• 2+ years of professional experience in a customer-facing role and Sales/Business Operations function
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office products
• Experience with Salesforce
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to change
• Strong business acumen and organizational skills
• Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration
