Business Analyst V

Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for a Business Analyst V for their Remote location.

• Support regulatory finding initiative involving restitution for impacted customers.
• Perform data validation of account records to confirm scope of customer remediation populations.
• Perform validation of calculation methodology for all remediation populations to ensure each customer is receiving correct redress amount.
• Conduct interest calculations for identified operational issues.
• Provide daily/weekly reporting and support of progress of validation and calculations.
• Interacting with different stakeholders within multiple LOBs (leadership level).
• Lead, analyze, document, and manage requirements with stakeholders by applying a variety of techniques to probe, elicit, challenge, understand, and gain consensus on requirements.
• Identify, document, and validate current state processes and support stakeholders to design the desired future state; provide recommendations and/or direction based on the end-to-end customer experience when making decisions.
• Oversees, provide support and input to business requirements delivery and monitor/assess/mitigate requirements-related risks, ensure quality outputs and track progress.
• Ensure business processes/systems impacted by requirements are analyzed and the acceptance criteria clearly demonstrate the changes to business process/systems to meet customer needs.
• Manage and oversee the traceability of business requirements.
• Leverage specialized domain, product, and systems knowledge to have a thorough understanding of the business, product, and vision; provide business/product subject matter expertise as well as recognize and drive the focus toward business value.
• Promote innovation by applying subject matter expertise to generate forward-thinking ideas as well as critical thinking to find opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure timely notification and escalation of possible issues/problems while assessing options and recommendations for prompt resolution.

• Excel (intermediate – VLOOKUPs / Macros)
• SharePoint / Power Apps / Power BI
• Documentation and memos
• Overall proficiency in MS Office suite
• Jira / Confluence
• Large FI organization
• Business Analysis Experience 10 years
• Have worked with large organization and multiple lines of business 10 years
• Jira and Confluence experience 10 years
• Proficient within Excel (Macros, VLOOKUPs)
• Proven experience developing solutions in Power Apps, SharePoint, Power BI or similar platforms
• Reporting skills 10 years
• Requirements Gathering 10 years
• Strong MS Office Suite skills 10 years
