Position: National Sales Manager (Commercial Sinks)

Employer Industry: Plumbing and Water Delivery Solutions

What to Expect (Responsibilities)
  • Develop and implement product growth strategies for the Commercial Sinks product line
  • Manage sales growth and market share opportunities with new and existing customers
  • Supervise execution of strategic plans to achieve sales targets with Directors and the regional team
  • Maintain key relationships with large commercial sinks customers
  • Collaborate with Product Management to identify gaps and new opportunities for the commercial sinks business
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales and/or product management experience in the field
  • Experience with water management and plumbing products
  • Proven track record in business development and sales effectiveness
  • Strong relationship management skills with key customers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in the plumbing and water delivery solutions industry
  • Familiarity with sales forecasting and budget management
  • Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and opportunities
  • Previous experience working with independent sales representatives
  • Ability to develop and deliver product training programs
