What to Expect (Responsibilities)- Develop and implement product growth strategies for the Commercial Sinks product line
- Manage sales growth and market share opportunities with new and existing customers
- Supervise execution of strategic plans to achieve sales targets with Directors and the regional team
- Maintain key relationships with large commercial sinks customers
- Collaborate with Product Management to identify gaps and new opportunities for the commercial sinks business
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of sales and/or product management experience in the field
- Experience with water management and plumbing products
- Proven track record in business development and sales effectiveness
- Strong relationship management skills with key customers
- Experience in the plumbing and water delivery solutions industry
- Familiarity with sales forecasting and budget management
- Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and opportunities
- Previous experience working with independent sales representatives
- Ability to develop and deliver product training programs
