• Lead and manage the RFP process in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Develop final presentation materials and proposal deliverables that meet specified requirements
• Collaborate with various teams to gather necessary information and subject matter expertise for RFPs
• Maintain compliance and competitiveness of proposals in line with solicitation requirements
• Engage with stakeholders and support sales teams effectively

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred; additional experience may substitute for degree
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in group employee benefits from the insurance vendor or broker side
• At least 2-3 years of experience in RFP/RFI/Procurement solicitation/sourcing contracts
• Minimum of 2 years of stakeholder management experience
• Proven ability to independently drive work forward and adapt to changing priorities

• Experience in a service-oriented role within the insurance industry
• Strong project leadership and relationship management skills
• Familiarity with proposal development and compliance standards
• Ability to understand and address the needs of various teams effectively
