What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Review, reconcile, and process benefits invoices accurately and on time in collaboration with Finance and vendors
  • Execute employee benefits changes to maintain accurate records across systems
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track vendor performance and provide insights for program improvements
  • Respond to employee inquiries and coordinate with vendors to resolve benefits and leave-related issues
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce manual work
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, benefits administration, or leave management
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for data tracking and reporting
  • Effective communication skills with strong problem‑solving abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with HRIS systems (such as Workday) and vendor management
  • Understanding of U.S. and international benefits and leave practices
