Position: National Sales Manager (Commercial Sinks)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Oversee all business development for Zurn Elkay's commercial sinks, collaborating with the sales team
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet sales targets with Directors and regional teams
  • Assist in sales forecasting for commercial sinks in partnership with Directors and Finance
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key commercial sinks customers
  • Collaborate with Product Management to identify market gaps and new opportunities for the commercial sinks line
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales and/or product management experience in the plumbing or water management field
  • Proven experience with water management and plumbing products
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in a national sales management role
  • Familiarity with commercial sinks product lines
  • Previous experience working with independent sales representatives
