• Assist with pricing and deal workflows, including preparing pricing structures and order forms
• Oversee and maintain CRM records, ensuring accurate account and opportunity data
• Act as an internal liaison to resolve requests related to billing, legal, and sales processes
• Provide customer support by participating in calls alongside Account Executives
• Create and maintain team-level trackers for cross-functional challenges and requests

• Business level English and native level Japanese proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer success, or account management
• Detail-oriented and results-driven individual with a collaborative approach
• Basic understanding of enterprise organizational functions
• Exceptional organizational skills and proficiency in spreadsheets and documentation

• Knowledge of SaaS/PaaS/CPaaS and telecommunications
• Experience utilizing IT tools, including collaborative software and CRM systems
