Subcontracts Specialist

• Manage full life cycle subcontract activities for various programs, primarily supporting US Government initiatives
• Support proposal activities, including the negotiation of agreements and preparation of solicitation packages
• Evaluate subcontractor proposals, conduct price analysis, and negotiate terms and conditions
• Oversee post-award management, including modifications, risk identification, and issue resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with contract requirements and company policies

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 2 - 4 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with no experience
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Ability to clearly articulate statuses and issues to management and partners
• Proven ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
• Experience in awarding and managing subcontracts within a government-approved purchasing system
• Familiarity with FAR and DFARS requirements
• Experience in negotiating price and terms and conditions
• Working knowledge of automated purchasing systems (preferably Deltek Costpoint and iValua)
