• Develop and execute national channel sales strategies aligned with company goals and product lines
• Lead, coach, and support a team focused on distributor growth and performance
• Manage key distributor and independent manufacturer representative relationships
• Establish distributor account plans and growth strategies that meet or exceed revenue targets
• Monitor pipeline, forecasts, inventory health, and key performance metrics

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3–7 years of experience in channel sales, distribution management, or account management within manufacturing or industrial markets
• Experience developing channel partners and selling direct to end users
• Familiarity with industrial safety distributors and buying groups
• Ability to travel 40–60%

• Proven leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM and sales tools
