• Manage a book of Small and Medium‑sized Businesses (SMB) as part of the account team, utilizing a pooled support inbox
• Develop deep product knowledge to identify common roadblocks and propose efficiency solutions
• Standardize and maintain client success team playbooks and documentation to enhance client experience
• Coordinate day‑to‑day client activities, including reporting requests and hosting client meetings
• Actively listen to client concerns and facilitate timely problem resolution

• 2‑4 years of experience in customer or client success, account management, or digital marketing
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Ability to craft persuasive client‑facing content in various formats
• Experience creating scalable and repeatable processes for internal and external stakeholders
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment

• Project management or operations experience
• Background in a healthcare‑related field
• Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Looker, Gainsight, Hub Spot, and Optimizely
