What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Drive growth in strategic Non‑Commercial operator segments, including Healthcare and Senior Living
  • Manage and grow existing Unilever Food Solutions Non‑Commercial business, focusing on profit improvement and sector‑specific activities
  • Conduct market analyses to identify customer needs and quantify business opportunities
  • Deliver impactful sales presentations and ensure measurable results for key customer accounts
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support current and future business initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5‑10 years of progressive sales or marketing experience, particularly in strategic account management
  • Proven experience in managing large, complex accounts and multi‑stakeholder models
  • Proficiency in identifying market trends and implications for business goals
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Experience in Non‑Commercial food service segments
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and applications, including Salesforce
  • Strong negotiation skills and a collaborative approach to complex selling
  • Ability to link industry trends to customer needs and develop long‑term strategies
