• Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders to drive alignment on strategic initiatives
• Lead complex requirements elicitation efforts using advanced facilitation techniques
• Oversee Epics and Features throughout their lifecycle for high‑impact projects
• Champion initiatives for process improvement and innovation to enhance operational efficiency
• Prepare and present detailed reports, including strategic findings and recommendations to executive leadership

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant experience is required
• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in requirements management is required
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops, Service Now, JIRA, or equivalent business requirements management tools is required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Visio
• Exceptional analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills

• Master’s degree is preferred
• IIBA, Six Sigma, or Agile Certifications preferred
• Demonstrated mastery of business analysis principles and applications/elicitation tools
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to establish effective working relationships
• Experience working in hybrid/agile development processes
