What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Respond to RFP questions assigned to the Commercial Legal team
  • Manage various email aliases and ensure all requests are addressed promptly
  • Oversee the Commercial Legal intranet page, public‑facing legal page, and template library
  • Support attorneys with post‑signature contract obligations and manage contract repositories
  • Collaborate with internal sales clients and cross‑functional departments to facilitate information flow
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • BA/BS degree
  • Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience working with contracts in a high‑growth business environment
  • Proficiency with legal and business technologies, including Docu Sign, Microsoft Office, and
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in enterprise software and/or IT businesses, with knowledge of SaaS and cloud‑based service offerings
  • Quick learner with the ability to prioritize and manage business expectations in a fast‑paced environment
