What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide proactive support for client servicing and account administration to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain strong internal relationships with account managers and sales personnel to understand client needs
  • Communicate and coordinate client requirements with business partners to ensure accurate plan design
  • Oversee the implementation of new clients, ensuring timelines are met or exceeded

What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of two years of customer service or client service experience
  • Strong ability to build effective relationships and resolve various client issues
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including word processing and spreadsheet applications
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent account implementations and adapt quickly in an agile environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in a client‑facing role within the vision care or healthcare industry
  • Familiarity with sales automation systems and client record management
  • Proven organizational skills for managing high volumes of information and requests
