- Proficiency in MS Office, including word processing and spreadsheet applications
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent account implementations and adapt quickly in an agile environment
- Experience in a client‑facing role within the vision care or healthcare industry
- Familiarity with sales automation systems and client record management
- Proven organizational skills for managing high volumes of information and requests
