- Minimum of 12+ years of sales experience in the Life Science industry
- 1‑3 years of sales management experience in the Life Science industry
- Strong understanding of genetics and genomics
- Proven ability to communicate and influence internal and external audiences effectively
- Experience in capital sales and working in a matrixed environment
- Bachelor's degree, with a preference for an advanced degree (Master's) in a relevant field
- Established relationships with key customers and suppliers in the industry
- 3‑6 years of management experience in a similar role
- Ability to engage at a high level with stakeholders
