• Collaborate with business stakeholders to determine sourcing category strategy and project objectives
• Lead the sourcing process, including drafting RFx documents and managing supplier negotiations
• Negotiate and draft contracts to ensure compliance with business and legal requirements
• Manage existing contracts and prepare for renewals while resolving discrepancies
• Ensure adherence to procurement processes and maintain documentation in the sourcing system

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of four (4) to six (6) years’ experience in Strategic Sourcing, particularly in Professional Services and IT Services Procurement
• Proven experience managing the end-to-end sourcing process, including negotiations
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess pricing and contract terms
• Must have working knowledge of SAP Ariba

• Experience in the Health Insurance industry
• Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
• Proven ability to effectively present and influence stakeholders
• Experience with full contract life cycle for IT software and services
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
