Position: Associate, Brokerage Operations (Reconciliations)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Own and manage critical trade and position reconciliations, escalating discrepancies to relevant teams
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional operational teams to ensure accuracy in financial records
  • Develop expertise in the settlement and clearance of equities through relevant systems
  • Adapt processes to support the evolving needs of the team and service offerings
  • Utilize SQL and other data tools to identify inefficiencies and propose operational improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 1–2 years of experience in brokerage operations or trade support
  • Strong experience with Excel/Google Sheets and programming skills in SQL and Java Script
  • Previous experience at a broker‑dealer handling back‑office reconciliation responsibilities
  • Completed or pursuing industry courses such as CSC or DFOL
  • Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills in fast‑paced environments

  • Experience working with precious metals in a securities operations context
  • Natural curiosity for identifying process inefficiencies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams
