• Consolidate, track, trend, and report on operational data derived from multiple data points
• Create reports and presentations for senior leadership and key stakeholders
• Provide tools to operations management and Museum of process managers to detect problem areas in real time
• Develop tools and reports for operational support, ensuring reporting consistency and standardized formatting
• Review and enhance reporting and processes to improve efficiency

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Access, and Project
• Strong attention to detail with a desire for accuracy in work
• Excellent organizational and analytical capabilities

• At least 1 year of experience in Contact Center Operations
• Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Proven track record in continuous process improvement and successful project completion
• Strong documentation and control skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
