• Act as a liaison with stakeholders to analyze the needs of various functional business areas while enhancing software and reinforcing business standards
• Create detailed documentation of functional, system, user, and reporting requirements
• Perform research and analysis for proposed projects to determine feasibility and durability
• Provide support to functional and user acceptance testing groups throughout the development life cycle
• Build and maintain relationships with software application vendors and implementation partners

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer engineering, information systems, finance, statistics, computer science, or a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of direct work experience in a business analyst capacity related to systems support, analysis, or development
• Minimum of 1 year of project management/coordination experience tracking and organizing business analysis documentation for projects
• Experience using Structured Query Language (SQL) for data analysis
• Business Analysis or Project Management Professional certification

• Proven ability to instruct, direct, guide, and check the work of Business Analysts
• Familiarity with creating value propositions (ROI) for proposed projects
• Experience in profiling and analyzing data from source systems
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle processes
