Job Responsibilities
  • Manage overall relationships with assigned customers to increase adoption, drive usage, and ensure retention and satisfaction
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with customers to drive continued value from products and services
  • Develop and nurture customers for advocacy and facilitate quarterly Executive Business Reviews
  • Identify and develop upsell opportunities while advocating for customer needs across departments
  • Manage account escalations and connect customer priorities internally
Qualifications
  • At least 8 years of experience working with enterprise customers in a Customer Success or Account Management role at a SaaS company
  • Experience in the supply chain industry preferred
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel 10% or more of the time
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus
  • Proven track record of developing strong customer relationships and driving customer satisfaction
