What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Own and lead Payments product strategy and execution, partnering with engineering and cross‑functional stakeholders
  • Manage end‑to‑end payment experiences including authorization, capture, settlement, refunds, and reconciliation
  • Drive deep customer understanding by defining complex problems and translating insights into product solutions
  • Guide product roadmap and prioritization using quantitative and qualitative data
  • Mentor junior product managers and contribute to product best practices within the team
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 6+ years of direct product management experience and 2+ years of experience leading product managers
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives from concept through launch
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills with high attention to detail
  • Knowledge of banking integration and payment processing, including ACH and various payment channels
  • Experience designing and delivering product integrations, including working with APIs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Deep interest in product development, data science, and the intersection of software and finance
  • Hands‑on experience with payments platforms, processors, or financial infrastructure
  • Familiarity with payment life cycles, reconciliation processes, dispute management, and transaction monitoring
  • Experience building high‑reliability systems where accuracy and uptime are critical
