• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership for strategic planning
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to facilitate informed decision‑making
• Serve as a communication hub for cross‑functional teams to enhance operational efficiency

• Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis and requirements gathering
• Proficient in Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, and Oracle
• Strong understanding of the telecommunications industry, including technology and market dynamics
• Excellent problem‑solving, quantitative, and analytical skills

• Previous experience in the telecommunications industry with a focus on innovation
• Demonstrated ability to approach solutions creatively and lead initiatives
• Strong intellectual curiosity and passion for process improvement and automation
