- Facilitate quarterly business reviews and maintain strategic account plans aligned with member objectives
- Identify and coordinate resources to support hospitals in achieving their goals
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues while ensuring effective communication of account progress
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize customer value and satisfaction
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in client management or healthcare sales/account management
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences in person and electronically
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience in managing complex health systems and understanding supply chain operations
- Experience in technology or advisory sales within the healthcare industry
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain executive relationships
- Knowledge of Premier products and services or similar offerings in the market
