What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and execute account management strategies to enhance member engagement and growth
  • Facilitate quarterly business reviews and maintain strategic account plans aligned with member objectives
  • Identify and coordinate resources to support hospitals in achieving their goals
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues while ensuring effective communication of account progress
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize customer value and satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in client management or healthcare sales/account management
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences in person and electronically
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience in managing complex health systems and understanding supply chain operations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in technology or advisory sales within the healthcare industry
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain executive relationships
  • Knowledge of Premier products and services or similar offerings in the market
