• Track competitors and monitor industry trends to maintain market awareness and inform strategy
• Research and analyze product updates, pricing changes, and competitor messaging to optimize positioning
• Assist in building industry frameworks and comparison materials to support sales and marketing efforts
• Provide market intelligence support across teams, contributing to product launches and go-to-market strategies
• Prepare findings and presentations to communicate insights to stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or equivalent experience
• 1–2 years in market intelligence, market research, business analysis, or similar work (internships included)
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Familiarity with SaaS business models and collaboration software markets

• Experience with video conferencing, chat platforms, or AI tools
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights
