- 8–10 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or strategic planning
- Proven experience in leading enterprise strategy processes and developing executive‑ready recommendations
- Advanced financial and quantitative skills, including experience with financial modeling
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to distill complex topics for executives
- Master’s degree (MBA or similar) strongly preferred
- Experience in the insurance, financial services, or related industries is valuable
- Familiarity with enterprise transformation and digital strategy frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to develop talent and foster a high‑performance team culture
- Experience working across multiple industries
