- Proactively search for and evaluate external opportunities aligned with the company’s innovation strategies
- Build relationships within the external innovation ecosystem, including incubators, accelerators, and universities
- Manage the full M&A transaction process, ensuring thorough diligence and risk assessment
- Lead negotiations of term sheets and definitive agreements, supporting integration post-transaction
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, corporate development, strategy consulting, or investment banking
- Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry preferred
- Proven track record in identifying and recommending companies for acquisitions and partnerships
- Strong financial acumen for financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
- Prior experience with the full M&A process, including negotiating legal agreements
- Established network within the medical technology or healthcare innovation sector
