- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop comprehensive documentation of business requirements and functional specifications
- Lead projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Maintain communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status and managing expectations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst and Project Manager with a successful track record of project delivery
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in software development
- Salesforce Certification in Administration or Development
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques
- Experience working in a SaaS environment
