- Provide costing and pricing support for fully assembled products that are new to a site or geography for both new and existing customers
- Coordinate with functional teams to evaluate inputs and generate P&L statements, ensuring full sign-offs
- Assist in project and process improvements, including procedures, systems, tools, and strategies
- Analyze data and provide recommendations based on results interpretation
- Lead work groups or project teams, fostering relationships with key suppliers and internal services
- Minimum of three to six years of relevant experience in a contract manufacturing or similar environment
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to consolidate and manipulate large quantities of data
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience creating basic spreadsheet macros
- Familiarity with internal and external customer needs
- Understanding of organizational political structures and how to navigate them effectively
- Experience in project management or leading cross-functional teams
