What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide functional product expertise during the pre-sales process, focusing on demonstrating the employer's Payment solutions
  • Offer subject matter expertise around Payment best practices to guide prospects and the sales team
  • Assist solutions consultants in preparing for demonstrations and provide support during prospect meetings
  • Lead training and enablement initiatives for the solutions consulting team regarding Payments product knowledge
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance market positioning and develop relevant sales materials
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 5+ years of experience in applications presales roles, particularly in a SaaS environment
  • Subject matter expertise in Payments and/or Treasury Management challenges and solutions
  • Strong knowledge of B2B payment processes, including ACH/BACS, H2H, SWIFT, and PCards
  • Understanding of business spend management challenges and solutions
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Previous working experience at companies such as Kyriba, GTreasury, ION, or Reval
  • Ability to excel as an individual contributor while also training and mentoring others
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
