What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential customers, partners, and emerging trends in electric aircraft charging
  • Collaborate on business development strategies and execute comprehensive business plans to achieve targets

    Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including aircraft operators and airports
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships to enhance market presence
  • Drive sales activities, including lead generation and deal closures, while managing opportunities within Salesforce
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management in aerospace or similar industries
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM for opportunity tracking and sales reporting
  • Familiarity with technical proposals, RFP responses, or infrastructure project documentation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to travel over 50% to meet business needs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with electric charging infrastructure, airport planning, or aviation utility systems
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into customer-ready proposal narratives and presentations
  • Prior work with municipal airports, regional airlines, or aviation service providers
