• Provide regular updates to partners on support progress, platform enhancements, and operational timelines
• Develop and maintain an understanding of customer needs and contract compliance in collaboration with account managers
• Own the relationship with partner stakeholders, soliciting feedback and establishing strong business connections
• Monitor program outcomes and provide consultative recommendations to enhance partner satisfaction
• Coordinate internal projects to optimize resource utilization and increase partner satisfaction

• Three (3) to Five (5) years of educational experience
• Prior experience using the Salesforce platform
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and web proficiency
• Located in the Northern Virginia area and able to travel 25% of the time
• Familiarity with NCAA compliance

• Ability to interact effectively with a diverse customer base
• Knowledge of the K-12 education industry and education technology solutions
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Team-oriented mindset with strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities while demonstrating resilience
