Associate General Counsel - Contracts & Commercial Enablement

• Lead, draft, and negotiate complex commercial and technology agreements
• Serve as the senior escalation point for high-value or complex deals
• Define and oversee global contracting frameworks and templates
• Develop scalable contract operations practices and workflow optimization
• Partner with various departments to ensure compliance with regulatory and risk considerations

• 8+ years of experience negotiating complex technology and commercial agreements
• Demonstrated ability to build or scale contracting programs
• Strong business orientation with the ability to propose commercially pragmatic solutions
• Highly collaborative with experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
• Bar admission in good standing (NY or CA preferred)

• Experience supporting global contracting programs
• Familiarity with financial services, wealth management, or data-driven technology platforms
• Knowledge of privacy and data-use frameworks (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, GLBA)
