• Monitor all deadlines related to Special Education compliance
• Communicate compliance deadlines to the appropriate school personnel for timely action
• Schedule Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings with teaching staff, providers, and families
• Distribute IEP scheduling information to schools on a monthly and weekly basis
• Monitor IEP due dates and alert schools when they become overdue

• Associate’s degree AND one (1) year of experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to clear required background check
• Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and listening
• Strong personal organization, attention to detail, and sense of urgency
• Professional experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

• Experience using a student management database
• Experience using a school database
