What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Vice Presidents of Psychometrics and Assessment Design & Development
  • Manage complex calendars, proactively identifying and addressing conflicts
  • Coordinate travel, lodging, and logistics for both VPs
  • Plan and execute logistics for in-person meetings and events, ensuring smooth facilitation
  • Maintain shared documentation and collaborate closely with division management for alignment on initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 2–4 years of executive or administrative support experience, preferably supporting senior leaders
  • Mastery of Microsoft Outlook, Slack, Zoom, and expense management systems (e.g., Concur)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Authorization to work in the United States

  • Experience in educational assessment or research environments
  • Familiarity with virtual and hybrid event facilitation
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
