What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage complex calendars for multiple Vice Presidents across global time zones, including travel coordination and agenda preparation
  • Anticipate executive needs and engage appropriate stakeholders to facilitate decision-making
  • Own critical deliverables and special assignments by setting objectives and ensuring accountability
  • Communicate agendas and track action items during meetings, holding stakeholders accountable
  • Serve as the communication hub between executives, their teams, and cross‑functional partners
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience
  • 6+ years of experience supporting executives across multiple time zones
  • Varied support background that extends beyond administrative experience
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities in fast‑paced environments
  • Proficiency in Google Mail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Workday, and Slack

  • Self‑starter who manages projects from conception to completion with minimal guidance
  • Team player who consistently goes above and beyond to assist others
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills with experience engaging with executive‑level staff
