What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage day-to-day needs and requests from the SVP of Clinical Services
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics for in-person events
  • Compile, submit, and track expenses using Workday for the SVP and direct reports
  • Project manage tasks to ensure follow-up on action items and maintain workflow
  • Assist in planning and execution of large-scale events for the organization
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 3+ years of recent, full-time administrative support experience for executives
  • 3+ years of experience managing executive calendars, expenses, and travel
  • Proficiency in G‑Suite, Slack, Mac, and familiarity with AI tools;
    Workday experience is a plus
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to travel at least once per quarter
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Experience in event planning and management
  • Project management experience
