• Manage and reconcile a portfolio of customer accounts to maintain or lower the employer's AR balance
• Aid in the collection of overdue accounts while resolving customer issues
• Prepare reports using Microsoft 365 to monitor account statuses
• Communicate discrepancies to the management team and identify slow-paying customers
• Maintain complete records on accounts, including documentation of collection efforts

• Prior work experience in accounts receivable, collections, or a related field, or a bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 0-2 years of professional experience
• Customer-focused with a highly motivated, can-do attitude
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English at CEF B2 level or above
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping

• Knowledge of accounts receivable processes and techniques
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Financials and Salesforce
