• Collaborate with auditors to coordinate quarterly reviews and the annual audit, providing support to the Executive Leadership Team and the Audit Committee
• Perform technical accounting research, analysis, documentation, and enablement of significant or complex accounting matters
• Support the preparation of accounting entries for complex matters, including revenue recognition and stock compensation expense
• Ensure effective controls around SEC reporting and technical accounting processes, assisting in the development of an internal control framework
• Develop strong cross-functional relationships to ensure all transactions are accurately reflected in financial statements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA strongly preferred)
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in public accounting (Big 4 experience highly desirable) or a combination of public accounting and corporate technical accounting roles
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and technical accounting standards
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and consistency in preparing work
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and accounting research skills
• Ability to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
• Experience with Workiva software
