Technical Accounting Sr. Associate

• Assess and align acquired company accounting policies with Teamshares accounting standards, ensuring compliance with US GAAP
• Lead monthly and quarterly review processes for accounting compliance of existing companies
• Participate in quarter‑end and year‑end closes, reviewing network company support and proposing necessary adjustments
• Coordinate audit procedures with external auditors and network companies
• Conduct technical accounting research to support deal‑specific accounting issues

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years of audit, accounting advisory, or relevant experience
• Strong understanding of US GAAP, including ASC 842 and ASC 606
• Experience in writing accounting procedure documents or policy memos
• CPA preferred

• Familiarity with Net Suite, One Stream, and Lease Accelerator
• Proven ability to manage project timelines and enforce accountability across teams
• Experience in a dynamic and evolving work environment
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
• Enthusiasm for learning across various industries and topics
