• Perform a wide range of Accounts Payable and accounting tasks
• Analyze multiple data file formats from suppliers to create dispute exposure analytics
• Collaborate with suppliers and distribution centers to resolve statement disputes
• Lead conference calls or meetings with supplier partners to address issues and improve processes
• Develop and prepare reports for reconciliation and to present to management

• Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred; two or more years of Accounts Payable or related experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel at an intermediate level
• Excellent analytical and issue resolution skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a high-volume environment

• Experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry
• Familiarity with financial software applications
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
