- Resolve discrepancies promptly to meet Accounts Payable targets
- Develop and prepare reports for reconciliation and ledger impact analysis
- Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred; two or more years of Accounts Payable or related experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate skills in MS Excel
- Excellent analytical and issue resolution skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a high-volume environment
- Experience in Accounts Payable or related financial tasks
- Familiarity with financial reporting and reconciliation processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience working in a healthcare-related environment
